After the success of ‘Magic’, Secret returned with the composers of Magic Kang Ji Won and Kim Ki Bum churn out another dance hit,Madonna.

I was so disappointed when I found out Secret was doing a Davichi on a us, using the same format from a previous single for a new single. Look we know you had major success with that, but new single means new sound. Now let’s pretend that Magic never happened, Madonna‘s a nice funky dance number with a different sound than the other groups in K-pop and pays tribute to the icon herself,Madonna.

랄랄라/ Lal Lal La starts off with a harmony and turns into a mid-tempo track.I love the spotlight on the rapper,Zinger, which she also helped write.
잘해 더! (Feat. 백찬 of 8eight) / Do Better! (Feat. Baek Chan of 8Eight) had a seductive sound like something you might hear from Britney Spears. Baek Chan livens the track with a fresh rap.
줄듯말듯 / Hesitant written by R&B singer Mario, has a catchy chorus, but nothing really special about it.

자리비움 / Empty is a beautiful ballad. I love the climax of the song with Sunghwa. I need to see them sing this live so I can really  see who is singing what part, but I love this.

Secret definitely loose points for the recycled song with new lyrics. The mini album was pretty solid. I need a full length album from them like, now so I can really see what their made of.
